seniors@work is a platform that connects individuals, companies, associations or start-ups with retired but active professionals who look for part-time jobs or project assignments. At seniors@work, motivated people aged 58 and over can offer their services in areas such as accounting, administration, mentoring or childcare. Our mission: seniors@work aims to make better use of the professional potential of older experienced people in our society. In addition, seniors@work promotes intergenerational exchange. We are convinced that a respectful cooperation between young and old is a great added value for our society and benefits everyone. With the platform we want to offer the possibility that the knowledge and experience of older people in our society is preserved.
