Bob Judson is a former Royal Air Force fast-jet pilot and senior leader who attained the rank of Air Vice-Marshal (2*) over a near 35 year military career before forging a highly successful second career as a Senior Director with Deloitte LLP as a Management Consultant. Since March 2019, he has worked independently both as the Managing Director of Bob Judson Consulting Limited and the Co-Founder of Leading 4 Life, a specialist leadership development company. His increasing focus is on leadership development and executive coaching for both individuals and corporations across all industry groups, and he is now a Senior Consultant and Coach at Kissing with Confidence Ltd as well as continuing to do contract consulting work for Deloitte LLP and M&C Saatchi Transform as a Senior Advisor. Bob works as a facilitator within the Deloitte University EMEA faculty and, on the conventional consulting track, he focuses on helping clients across the industry spectrum but with a particular emphasis on Crisis Management and Resilience.
