Interstate SignWays
www.interstatesignways.comInterstate SignWays, founded in 1959, is the leading producer of highway signs in the United States. Located in Little Rock, Arkansas, the company has expanded into a wide variety of markets and product lines. We work directly with general contractors, government agencies, private organizations, individuals, architectural firms, design firms, as well as airports and other mass transit systems. Our 169,000-square feet of building space allows us to engineer to the project specifications, produce the signs, inspect the signs, certify the materials, and deliver the finished product on our own trucks. To ensure consistency and uniformity in the building of these signs, work processes have been documented according to ISO 9000 guidelines. In addition, Interstate utilizes multiple pieces of specialty equipment to enhance our manufacturing process. A cut-to-length machine provides the capability to cut rolled aluminum coil to precise lengths as specified in the engineered drawings and plans. Our paint line enables us to coat metal surfaces with a variety of paint finishes, including polyurethane, enamel, and powder coat. We also chemically treat all of our metal in our in-house metal treatment tanks. Other specialty fabrication equipment includes CNC routers for cutting letters and shapes, digital printers for printing high resolution graphics, and multiple laminators for the application of the reflective sheeting. The dedication and commitment of Interstate's employees has made our leadership position possible. Each employee is part of a self-directed work team which prides itself on producing superior products and exceptional personal service.
