Bitten & Mads Clausen's Foundation was founded in 1971 by Bitten Clausen, the widow of Mads Clausen, in order to strengthen Danfoss A/S end ensure a finacially sound and competitive development for the company. The Foundation is registered under The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency (Erhvervsstyrelsen), and is governed by its articles of foundation based on the last will and testament of Mads Clausen. Bitten & Mads Clausen's Foundation selectively supports activities of its own voilition within Local Community Suport, Research and Education and Sustainability.
