The industry is unorganized, involving multiple stakeholders across demand, supply, services and trade segments. We took it upon us to solve some of the biggest problems concerning the industry and its stakeholders, one by one. We named it Yellow Plate. YellowPlate is a bottom-up execution led business model. It first built a business by engaging multiple stakeholders connected with commercial vehicles I.e., supply, demand, intermediaries, dealers, agents, service providers, etc. before starting to build technology. Yellow Plate doesn't believe in radical disruption to solve complex challenges concerning the necessity transport segment. It doesn't believe in dismantling the existing market structures or eliminating any participant/stakeholder or limiting choices. It rather follows an inclusive approach to enable and empower stakeholders and then interconnect and integrate them within the marketplace to benefit from each other. It eliminates market inefficiencies, empowers stakeholders, improves collaboration via effective networking. Yellow Plate is on a mission to digitize, enable and empower Demand, Supply, Services and Product stakeholders connected with Commercial Vehicles/Logistics across both Passenger and Goods Transport. It then integrates and interconnects each stakeholder to an eco-system; leading to creation of India's first Commercial Vehicles/Transport/Logistics Marketplace. The first phase includes Yellow Plate numbered cars, digitizing, enabling and empowering demand and supply stakeholders; leading to creation of India's first car rental marketplace.
