Mission. Midwest Mindfulness Meditation Centre brings mindfulness-based interventions to vulnerable populations and the community to provide peace, healing, and self-care. Vision. We aspire, through a contemplative path of meditation and shared experiences to awaken our innate goodness, compassion, and acceptance; and to express these characteristics first for ourselves, and then within our home, community, and beyond.
