Unlike trendy 24 hour gyms that sign you up and leave you to fend for yourself, our studio is always staffed. We believe that daily banter, encouragement, support and accountability make exercise fun and enjoyable. We provide daily group exercise sessions in the beautiful Rushcutters Bay Park 'next door to us' as well as unlimited excess to our premium gym equipment and change room facilities.
