Christian Medical Association of India (CMAI), established in 1905, is the largest and the oldest network of Christian mission hospitals and health sector professionals in India. It has over 12,000 individual members and more than 300 institutions in its roster. CMAI provides training and education for healthcare professionals and engages in policy advocacy for providing access to quality healthcare, especially in rural areas. As a membership-based organization, CMAI caters to six sections of professionals: Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health, Administrators and Chaplains.
