Our Mission at AFGfree is to keep the promise made to US Citizens and Afghan Partners by working in a highly collaborative environment to evacuate US Citizens, our partners, and their families by land, sea, and air while training and assisting others to do the same. AFGfree was founded by LTC (R) Perry Blackburn, one of the famous Horse Soldiers who were the first boots on the ground in Afghanistan. At AFGfree, we are dedicated to assisting those left behind with nutritious food deliveries. While other groups are taking large donations and even larger salaries, our team of DoD and DoS veterans continue to do God’s work as volunteers. Please help us keep the promise. AFGfree has tirelessly provided evacuation services as well as safe houses for HVTs, food, trauma services, and other vital resources for individuals that have been unable to leave Afghanistan. They continue to support the orphanages that remain in dire need of assistance. "Our evacuees are unable to work, are displaced from their homes, and must travel throughout the country to obtain evacuation and other services. Your donations to AFGfree help pay for lodging, transportation and meals so they are ready to evacuate or avoid exploitation by the Taliban." "Evacuees are often injured or fall ill during their quest for freedom. Our crew has trauma nurses and other emergency medical professionals to provide telehealth services on demand. We also maintain a map of open medical facilities and solicit donors to assist in paying for more complex and expensive medical procedures."
