In 2011, Nicole founded Congruency Incorporated to offer solutions to clients on the brink of greatness. To better communicate the global nature of our business, and our ability to serve clients internationally, we transitioned to Congruency International in 2014. Where do we draw the line between Life Coaching and the other services we offer - Business Coaching, Corporate Coaching, Training and Resources? We don't. Whether coaching an entrepreneur through the process of developing their Annual Strategic plan, delivering Customer Service training to a room full of our business client's staff, or working with a woman that seeks advancement on her job, it is embedded in everything we do.
