Lisica holds a PhD in Modern and Contemporary Art and has worked with museums around the world from Tate Modern to The Warhol. The gallery exhibits emerging and mid-career contemporary artists in various media with a unique focus on hybrid techniques, often drawing from curatorial and academic connections in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Gallery Owner/Director Cindy Lisica, PhD, has taken her curatorial research and professional work to cities such as Paris, Miami, London, Taipei, Marseille, Berlin, Helsinki, Shanghai, Beijing and Tokyo. In addition to championing artists' careers through gallery shows, she has worked in museums including The Warhol, MOCA Los Angeles, Tate Britain, Tate Modern, and the Menil Collection. She regularly presents at international speaking engagements and conferences. As a professor, she has taught at multiple universities and currently teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses in Modern and Contemporary Art and Asian Art, as well as serving a guest curator, juror and speaker at museums, universities and other art organizations and institutions.
