THE CENTER FOR CHANGING LIVES is a unique combination of affordable housing, community meeting spaces, social service programs, afterschool programming for children, healthcare access, and a Lutheran congregation located in the Phillips West neighborhood in south Minneapolis. The Center also presents arts events and exhibits that feature local artists and highlight a variety of important social issues.
