Geoff Beardsley & Partners is a medium-sized practice of Chartered Architects, CDM Co-ordinators and Quantity Surveyors with a proven track record in providing high quality services across a number of disciplines within the construction industry as Architects, Quantity Surveyors, CDM Co-ordinators, Building and Party Wall Surveyors. Geoff Beardsley & Partners is a member of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and is a RIBA Chartered Practice, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and the Association for Project Safety, (APS). The practice was started by Geoff Beardsley in 1974. In 2009 the practice became Geoff Beardsley & Partners (UK) LLP which coincided with the practice developing our Project Health and Safety, Building and Party Wall services. We currently reside in a purpose built office in Teddington where the practice has been located since 2005. The practice majors its workload on a range on the medium to the large scale residential and commercial projects for a number of developer clients, whilst still being able to provide a bespoke, comprehensive service for the smaller domestic clients. Geoff Beardsley & Partners have a immense experience of the construction industry and are able to embrace the continuous changes within the profession and the economy. The practice considers it strengths to be within problem solving and through obtaining difficult planning consents, and facilitating clear communications between all parties in the construction process. We have the ability to clearly and quickly communicate the project solutions to our clients, taking into account all aspects such as design, cost, health & safety to client, though our strong team of capable individuals across a number of disciplines.
