DLG is one of the largest providers of consumer lifestyle data to UK direct marketing industry. •Apr 2009: Acquired PDV Ltd, online and offline lead generation business, strengthening the Group's position as a leading provider of database management services. •Dec 2011: Recommended cash offer by Adrian John Williams to acquire entire share capital of DM plc through Scheme of Arrangement. •Jan 2012: Scheme of Arrangement accepted and DM shares cancelled from AIM. DM plc now privately owned by Adrian John Williams, still operating from Ross on Wye. •2012: RMT (Rich Media Text) service released, breakthrough in mobile marketing. •2013: Growth in Lead Generation. DLG/PDV signed major contracts with E.ON, ScottishPower, British Gas. •2015: Accolade Publishing Ltd (operates largest online comping websites) joined DM Group. •2016: Accolade Publishing Ltd now successfully integrated into DM Group. •2017: Acquisition of the business and assets of the Transactis database.
