HealthCare Access Maryland (HCAM) is a nonprofit agency that plays a critical role in strengthening Maryland’s health care delivery system. Working with government and private-sector support, HCAM connects Marylanders to healthcare coverage, empowers those to utilize their benefits long term, and recognizes those that may need more longer-term support due to complex health and social needs.
