We set out to develop a Point of Sale System that meets the needs of Lumber, Hardware and Farm and Home stores. Our software doesn’t work well in restaurants, convenience stores or 99 cent stores. It was designed with a specific target audience that needs bids, multiple units of measure, special orders and EDI with hardware industry leaders. After spending time in the industry, we applied 20+ years of software development experience to develop a solution that meets these needs. We knew we could not develop useful software in an office, so we spent time working with stores in the industry, asking what they needed. When we put new features in place, we solicited feedback to make sure we got it right. When it wasn’t, we fixed it. We discovered that although there are similarities between stores, there are also a lot of differences. We made the software flexible so we could change a few settings to meet the needs of our customers. We know software, but our best ideas have come from our customers – and we’re not embarrassed to admit it. Since our beginning in 2005, we have been building, improving and polishing our software. Not just our software, but our support systems. We can provide hardware, networking and repairs for your systems. We do not tell you “That’s a hardware problem” and leave you to fend for yourself. We provide as much or little hardware support as you need. When your system is down, you don’t care what the problem is, you just want it fixed. If you have computer experts who maintain your systems, we work with them to make sure everything runs smoothly.
