QNB Finansbank IT and IBTech developed and implemented the Core Banking product CoreFinans® in 2002. CoreFinans and variants are still used at Finansbank, and Credit Europe. CoreFinans® consists of modular, highly customizable, specialized sets of software packages evolving continuously to fulfill the needs of a competitive large scale bank. IBTech also provides solutions for Direct Banking, CRM, BI& DW and infrastructure management. In the recent years IBTech redesigned and renewed QNB Finansbank’s Internet Banking & Mobile Branches, Call Center, ATM host and ATM infrastructure software of Finansbank. Enpara, first direct-only retail banking platform in Turkey launched in October 2012. Offers all basic retail banking services through non-branch channels only (internet, mobile and call center), is designed and implemented by IBTech in the recent years. IBTech applies PMI’s Project Management framework and strictly follows COBIT and ITIL methodologies. IBTech located at Tübitak Technology Free Zone, continues to offer competitive, innovative solutions and services to finance industry with more than 650 highly skilled IT professionals.
