ALR engineering Inc. (ALR) was founded in 2008 and is a local consulting firm and is based in Rio Rico Arizona. ALR provides civil engineering, utility plans and design, hydrology, storm water pollution plans (SWPPP), structural design, and construction management services for a variety of private projects.
