www.betotallyyou.co.ukAs a not-for-profit organisation with charitable aims, Be Totally You provides marginalised and disadvantaged young people and adults with accredited training on a flexible “roll-on, roll-off” basis built around their needs and circumstances. Our mission is to help people achieve their full potential! Why Be Totally You? - We have been helping learners back into education and sustainable employment since December 2005 and operate throughout London, particularly in the Lewisham, Greenwich and Bromley boroughs. - We work with learners who are not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) or are unable to attend regular lessons or courses as they are carers or lone parents - 272 former BTY students have gone on to higher education and/or employment in 2010 through an ESF programme - 250 young people were offered mentoring and were trained in performing and creative arts and employability skills in partnership with the Deptford Challenge Trust 2007-11 - We have worked with over 300 young people on a programme of diversionary activities including showcase work, in conjunction with Sound Connections - We helped 75 young people find work opportunities through the Future Jobs Fund (FJF) - We hold annual award ceremonies to celebrate the achievements of participants and to inspire other young people within the community.
