His last position was Technical/Special Projects Adviser at RAK Free Trade Zone in the United Arab Emirates where his responsibilities included advice on industrial projects, development of infrastructure for industrial and business development comprising industrial estates, ready built warehouses, office building, development of Aviation Park at the airport etc. Prior to this he was Adviser to Public Establishment for Industrial Estates, Ministry of Commerce & Industry in Oman and was instrumental in setting up IT Park, Salalah Free Zone and other projects. Sudhir has also worked with Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development in East Africa, RIICO and PICUP etc. in India. His area of expertise is Industrial & Infrastructure Development, Small & Medium Enterprises; business set up in UAE. He has a keen interest in Renewable Energy and Environment issues.
