Building Owners and Managers Association of Iowa is federated with BOMA International, which is a federation of 92 BOMA U.S. associations and 17 international affiliates. BOMA Iowa's members are building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties. We represent and promote the interests of the commercial real estate industry through effective leadership, advocacy, exchange of information, and professional development.
