The Inspired Evolution is an organisation dedicated to helping individuals and companies thrive. Based on the principles of the Inspired Evolution Podcast created by founder Amrit Sandhu, the organisation was co-founded with his partner Dr Kae Bajwa to help increase self awareness, emotional intelligence and mindfulness resulting in more people living a life that they love. Coming from professional backgrounds, Amrit Sandhu was a Civil Engineer working with a well respected construction company and Dr Kae Bajwa is a Dentist working in a high end practice working with extremely dental phobic patients. Both noticed the trend of increasing unfulfilled, stressed out, unhealthy people in their work and the need for increased happiness in individuals and teams. Through their own personal development journeys they have created this humanity plus organisation as a reflection of their values, growth, service and contribution. The Inspired Evolution serves internationally through corporate seminars geared towards increasing happiness, creativity, productivity and performance in the workplace. It also provides health, mindfulness and mindset seminars, workshops and retreats globally. Separate meditation trainings and individual coaching are also available. The Inspired Evolution is a partner of Mindvalley, both Amrit and Kae are trained as Mindvalley Certified Trainers and travel delivering personal growth and corporate development seminars internationally. Amrit hosts The Inspired Evolution Podcast which interviews thriving individuals who experience success, health, joy and fulfilment and through storytelling they share pivotal experiences on their life journey and tools which have helped them along the way.
