The main focus of food you will find here is based on my belief that food is the basis of our wellness both physically and emotionally. I favour food preparation styles that are: CLEAN ~ as close to possible to its natural or source state. RAW ~ foods that have been prepared without heat (>42C), gluten or animal products. GLUTEN FREE ~ foods prepared traditionally using alternative ingredients without gluten. We offer our collection of free recipes, a weekly blog and cooking class information.
