This ensures participants can consolidate their learning by applying it in the workplace before undertaking the next cluster. Developing rigorous assessments to ensure participants demonstrate competence in a real workplace in line with companies’ systems, policies and processes Developing our own comprehensive training and assessment materials, as well as maintaining and improving, them in consultation with our trainers and clients. Intentionally maintaining a narrow scope of courses, because despite having highly effective trainers that are capable of delivering other courses, we believe in improving and expanding our business in our core areas of expertise.
