Training Services Australia is one of WA’s oldest and most experienced training providers. We have been delivering nationally recognised training for over 20 years and our philosophy in relation to training is as follows: We believe that good employers provide training to employees to address long term needs. As a result of this, everything we do ensures that the people we train are truly competent and workplace ready. We achieve this by: Working with clients to ensure the training is appropriate to the job. Engaging and developing trainers that share our beliefs Delivering training over realistic timeframes Delivering qualifications over a series of workshops. This ensures participants can consolidate their learning by applying it in the workplace before undertaking the next cluster. Developing rigorous assessments to ensure participants demonstrate competence in a real workplace in line with companies’ systems, policies and processes Developing our own comprehensive training and assessment materials, as well as maintaining and improving, them in consultation with our trainers and clients. Intentionally maintaining a narrow scope of courses, because despite having highly effective trainers that are capable of delivering other courses, we believe in improving and expanding our business in our core areas of expertise.
