At the Workplace Culture Workout, we believe that ineffective or even "volatile" organizational cultures are the direct result of bad organizational habits and daily practices. When working with clients, we help you not only get a clear understanding of where you "really are," but help you create a safe and sensible plan to effect change overtime. And just like we do when training clients for massive change in our clubs, we take a measured and disciplined approach to shifting culture and improving organizational health. Our basics tenants: 1. You are what you eat; you can't out train a bad diet... and your organization's cultural health is a direct reflection of the experiences your employees are consuming from leadership daily. 2. You must workout for at least 30 minutes everyday; culture change requires discipline and the willingness to establish a new routine and attitude towards how we can work together as a team of unique individuals. 3. You must fight against complacency as if your life depends on it; what doesn't challenge you will never change you and workplace culture is no different. If you start the work, you must be prepared to finish it (hint... it never really ends!). 4. Your internal dialogues create your external reality; Culture change isn't just about changing the way people act, it's about evolving they way that they think and respond when faced with new people and situations. If you want to change culture, you have to engage people deeply, meaningfully, and disruptively. Culture evolution really is about capturing hearts and minds.
