Jordan Burton is the founder of Burton Advisors LLC, serving a select group of technology companies and their investors to help them identify, attract, hire and retain top talent at all levels. Prior to launching Burton Advisors, Jordan was a Partner at ghSMART & Company, a boutique talent and leadership advisory firm. In his 6+ years with the firm, Jordan served corporate and venture capital/private equity clients in the areas of executive assessment, training, coaching and organizational effectiveness. He has worked across multiple industries, geographies and company sizes, with particular depth in the high tech sector. Prior to joining ghSMART in 2007, Jordan was a Case Team Leader in Bain & Company's San Francisco office, where he focused primarily on private equity and technology engagements over his 5-year tenure with the firm. Jordan holds an MBA with honors from the Harvard Business School and BA degrees with honors in Philosophy and Economics from Duke University.
