Pets bring so much joy into people's lives. That's probably the reason why we welcome them into our homes and hearts. Our staff members are true pet lovers and have the knowledge and understanding to give our customers the best possible service. We deliberately don't sell pets in our stores as our ethos is to support local charities who work hard to get pets in need a home. We open our hearts to them and support 'adoption days' within our stores. As the culmination of over 30+ years of pet shop know-how, My Pet Warehouse opened its doors in 2009. Founded by Philip Bartholomew, the brand has grown to have thirteen stores located in and around Melbourne as well as Sydney, Brisbane and WA. At the heart of our business is our people but unlike most businesses our staff have exposure to more areas than just their job role.
