My consulting practice is built on 25 years of experience working on the front lines inside charitable organizations, large and small, in communities across Canada. I have a proven track record of strategic organizational leadership, mentoring young fundraising professionals and teams, and creating and running successful fundraising programs focused on genuine donor engagement. Through a unique partnership model, I work closely with a small number of select not-for-profit clients to help them create sustainable fundraising programs, focusing on the establishment of fundamental skills, best practices and leadership ability throughout their organizations, at both the Board and staff level. I also provide short term coaching and learning plans to help organizations, teams and fundraising professionals work through specific issues or development challenges.
