BOS was established to provide turnkey solutions in engineering, procurement and project management (EPPM) and front-end engineering design (FEED) for electrical, instrumentation and telecommunications (EIT) systems for offshore projects. In October 2017, BOS formed a Joint venture company BOS Marine Offshore Engineering Corporation (BOSMEC), in Japan with our strategic partners Sanshin Electric Corporation and Taiyo Electric Co Ltd, The joint venture company has its HQ in Tokyo and an Engineering office in Kobe. BOS’s engineering solutions include: • Engineering Services including Design, Analysis, Procurement and commission supervision • Electrical, Instrument/ Control System and Telecommunication Engineering Design and Procurement • Interface Engineering and integration of marine, oil and gas equipment / systems • Front End Engineering (FEED) • Basic Design Memorandum • Marine System Engineering • Piping System Engineering As part of its diversification and growth strategy, BOS’s POEM (Project Office of Engineering Management) was transformed with our core business philosophies focusing on providing marine engineering solutions to meet the decarbonisation challenge of our environment.
