360Property has grown out of a 100 year old retail business. Having started with the rental of commercial premises owned by the retail business the company quickly went on to develop flats above a number of the commercial properties to let out. All of these have been retained and the company now has in excess of 30 properties. In the last few years, despite the economic conditions, the company has successfully bought properties to convert and sell. The company is involved in: Rental & Management of Commercial & Residential Properties Build to Let Build to Sell Joint Ventures - typically working with land owners where we provide the skills or/and finance to develop a site Property Finance - we occasionally borrow / lend finance from/to individuals for the development of projects
