ABCD Technology is a company involved in thin film deposition manufacturing equipment. The proprietary disruptive design allows to deposit uniform (few%) thin films of multi-elements (up to 6) on large wafers (6", 300 mm, 450 mm or even larger). Several facilities are available among which combinatorial and additive growth (shadow masks or beam-assisted deposition for direct patterning of the properties during the growth).
