Baker Restoration and Construction, Inc. is a full service residential and commercial restoration company. We started out in 1992, cleaning up after water damage and cleaning carpets. We continued to develop our expertise in handling both residential and commercial insurance restoration work. Unlike many local restoration contractors, Baker Restoration provides both the emergency water or fire damage mitigation as well as the repair and remodeling services needed to get your property back to its pre-loss condition. Our restoration customers liked our work so much, that they have called us when they were ready to proceed with various remodeling projects. We found this to be a relatively easy transition for us to make, because we had both the knowledge and the personnel. We are equipped to do everything from minor drywall repairs to totally rebuilding a custom home or building. One of the benefits of being in the restoration business for over twenty years is that it has taught us a lot about staying in tune with our customer’s needs. The key to the success of any remodeling and construction project is good communication. And, a big part of communication is listening.
