Home Inspector Institute is registered with the Indiana Professional Licensing Association to provide our pre-licensing course. Our Home Inspector Course is intensive but effective, while we offer night classes for students living near Indianapolis we strongly recommend the 8 day straight class which runs Saturday through Saturday and offered every other month. Upon registration we will ship students the course manuals and ask that they be read prior to the course. Field exercises will also be included for students to gain more background in any area they are not developing an understanding. The 52 hours of classroom and 12 hours of field instruction in addition to the in home study will prepare the student for an exciting new career as a Home Inspector.
