NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Limited is a Subsidiary of NABARD with equity participation from Government of Telangana, Government of Andhra Pradesh, Andhra Bank, Canara Bank, Union Bank of India and others, present in the financial sector engaged in financing NBFCs/NBFC-MFI/HFCs (pan-India) as also MACTS(specific to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana). It is a non-deposit taking NBFC registered with the Reserve Bank of India. The main objectives of the Company are to provide financial services in broad area of non-agriculture sector. NABSAMRUDDHI provides term loans for NBFCs lending to borrowers in the categories of MSMEs/Education/Vehicle finance/Microfinance/Affordable housing with a focus on rural/semi-urban borrowers. NABARD is the apex Development Financial Institution of India established by the NABARD Act, 1981 and has pioneered some of the largest initiatives targeting development of agriculture and rural sectors. Dr. Ushamani P. is the current Managing Director of NABSAMRUDDHI Finance Limited.
