We are The Launch Pad, a socially driven, inclusive non-profit organisation dedicated to ending menstrual inequity and the mindset surrounding menstruation as a taboo through awareness, amplification and aid. The Launch Pad started as an initiative by a sister duo in early 2020; a year later, we have grown to build a community of 50+ young volunteers spanning over India. Still, our core value remains the same - positively impacting society.
