According to Pakistan Education Statistics Report 2013, total enrollment is decreasing as we see from pre-primary level and up. This enrollment pattern is also decreasing year by year as well. It means enrollment in the next year decreases as compare to previous year for any specific class. Cradle Welfare Organization has been established to avail this opportunity for the improvement in the society by bridging this gap. The education and health condition in Pakistan is worse than other countries. Pakistan still has one of the highest illiteracy rates in the world and the second largest out of school population (5.1 million children) (Survey, 2013)after Nigeria. No one from sky will come to work for the betterment. It is we, who have to work and it is we, who can do it.
