The idea of The Creative Farm was to create a place where creative is once again unashamedly about the simple but valuable art of persuasion and skill of salesmanship, about great thinking, craft and design work that directly helps clients grow their business. . The Creative Farm was built around making it easier for people to come up with the best work of their careers for a small number of like-minded clients. But of course, none of that misty-eyed idealism matters a jot unless what you do actually works. We started out with a desk, a laptop, and a smile. 12 months later we’d helped Ford successfully launch a sales campaign, rebranded one of the region’s biggest recruiters and change the way the UK’s best spend control company goes to market. Since then we’ve been quietly beavering away, working with interesting clients of different sizes and types, from the family-owned Sykes House Farm and Strata Homes to the Steel giant Firth Steels, , Proactis, Tesco, ASDA and Jaguar. These days we’re based between York and Wetherby, Yorkshire. We’re still a handful of people, people who believe it’s NOT the size of your field that is important but the quality of your products you grow.
