First Taekwondo is a martial arts academy in Reno, NV with the primary focus towards the practice and study of Taekwondo, an Olympic sport. We provide a unique, modern, and safe center in the community for both adults and children to come and share the Martial Arts experience: discipline, respect, physical fitness, self-defense, integrity, self confidence, sportsmanship, and for those who seek it, competition. We offer high level Taekwondo in the WTF Olympic style.
