We have state of the art machine centres encompassing a Tilting head FOUR METER 5 axis machine, multiple Five Axis tilting rotary table machines, various three and four axis machine centres which utilize laser tool setting, through coolant spindles, and on machine inspection. The Quality Management System encompasses AS 9100 and ISO 9001 to ensure that all processes from enquiry to dispatch are correctly controlled and maintained. The aim is to achieve a service that exceeds our customer’s requirements. The company is able to offer a two shift manufacturing service enabling around the clock manufacturing ensuring the shortest possible lead time for today’s demanding business environment. For specific components we can implement our lights out shift technique enabling vastly reduced manufacturing costs, daily deliveries where required.
