Welcome to Phoenix Metalman Recycling, we are 100% NZ owned. We offer metal recycling, resource recovery and demolition services within NZ. We are nationwide operating from 18 locations – Kamo, Whangarei, Hamilton, Henderson Auckland, North Shore Auckland, Penrose Auckland, East Tamaki Auckland, Otahuhu Auckland, Takanini Head Office Auckland, Wellington, Levin, Blenheim, Christchurch, Kaiapoi, Timaru, Dunedin, Cromwell and Invercargill. Our core business is metal recycling. The metals we recycle are extracted from our demolition projects or collected from our branches and customers. At our branches we sort, grade, process and package the metals for local use or exported to be recycled globally. The company trades metals for clients throughout NZ, along with the South Pacific Islands of New Caledonia, Fiji, American Samoa, Western Samoa, Tahiti and Tonga. We are independently certified as a Toitu Envirocare Net Carbon Zero organisation. As we electrify our fleet we are offsetting: every truck kilometre on NZ's roads to collect recyclables from our customers, every equipment movement between and within our 18 yards and across our demolition sites, every nautical mile of container movement to deliver our recyclables to our global recycling partners. We are committed to advocating and contributing to the reduction of waste to Landfill which in turn keeps NZ’s land and environment cleaner and greener. We are an integral contributor to NZ’s waste and resource recovery circular economy.
