RTFCIL is a non-residential organization that exists to serve and assist individuals with disabilities and their families. Service and assistance takes the form of protecting and enhancing the rights and quality of life of people with disabilities and to ensure their participation in society to the fullest extent. RTFCIL provides: Life skills training, Peer counseling services, Individual and group advocacy, Information and referral, Service coordination, Nursing Home Transition (NHT), and Assistive Technology (AT).
