Coaching started out as a passion project years ago through my job as a recruiter. As a byproduct of my “day job”, people started asking for my help with their resumes, for career advice, how to handle tough situations at work and so on. I love to help people, so offering advice came naturally. It wasn’t until referrals started pouring in that I thought about getting professionally certified. This is where I truly learned the difference in offering my "advice", mentoring and true coaching. While I still spend a great deal of time mentoring, I deeply value the courage, commitment, and self-awareness it takes to hire a professional career coach. My job is to help you self-discover. What’s holding you back, what do you really want out life, how can you find or create the career of your dreams. I’ll also help you build emotional intelligence, cultivate resilience, and hone your interpersonal skills to help you keep stress at bay.
