Established in 1970, Palo Alto Housing''s mission is to create stronger, more diverse communities by providing and maintaining high-quality affordable housing where individuals and families thrive. Its purpose is to advocate for, develop, build, acquire, rehabilitate, and manage housing with supportive services for low and moderate income households. PAH has over 700 units, serving about 2,300 people. PAH is proud of its Resident Services Program which enhances the ability of its residents to pursue their goals, maintain stable housing, overcome barriers to success, achieve self-sufficiency, and improve overall their quality of life. This program, along with partnerships with other local non-profits, provides after-school and summer youth programs that reinforce character development and life skills.
