Same Day Process is committed to serving our clients by securely saving every document associated with the case using electronic imaging and data transfers, and all scanned documents and progress is viewable from our friendly to use client portal. We provide rush same-day service, attend to rush filings, and last-minute requests. All RUSH documents are attempted to be served within 24 hours and/or the same day if requested. Regular services may still be attempted the same day, otherwise within 1, 2 or 3 days of the request being made. The majority of Rush documents are served within 24 hours. A process server should be an extension of your firm, and you can expect nothing less from us. Our standard for process server excellence is well above the rest.
