West Coast Krav Maga helps to make learning about self protection, fitness and the martial arts easy and fun. One of the oldest Krav Maga Clubs in the UK. We we're established in 2005 and have continued to develop our knowledge and experience to become the experts in Self Protection and Krav Maga. We coach regular Krav Maga classes and also offer support to our community in Preston, Lancaster, local businesses, schools, military and law enforcement units in all areas of martial arts and fitness tuition. We have programmes that are ideal for schools to help encourage a positive attitude in children, through developing self esteem, confidence and anti-bullying tactics.
