LEONA focuses on providing guidance for organizations who are exploring partnership options with multimedia rights holders or examining growing external revenue units internally in the areas of ticket sales, fundraising and corporate sponsorship. LMG assisted a major Division I Conference in securing a unique multimedia rights agreement where they retained local sponsorship rights and partnered with an organization to bring national partnerships. LMG has contracted with multiple Division I and smaller institutions on examining their revenue streams and developing a growth strategy unique for their custom situation. LMG leaders have built and grown sales organizations of multiple Division I Universities leading to revenue increases as high as 350% in corporate partnerships.
