As investors and operators, the Principals have worked together over more than 10 years to implement and capitalize on operating, strategic and financial oversight in the B2B sector. The Principals have a proven track record of identifying, structuring, negotiating and completing buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisitions and divestitures with a particular focus on branded B2B companies, data and services businesses and proprietary content providers. They have been actively involved as equity investors, Board members, CEO’s and advisors to many B2B growth companies. Many of the platforms created by them have a strong and well established brand, but also have the need to migrate the underlying business model away from more traditional structures and towards the Web. Often, this requires new skills, and a new approach. Over the past few years we have observed a trend in which proprietary content and business processes merge to become embedded applications sold on a subscription basis.
