We intend for our services to become a useful tool for planning new investments and building exploitation costs. A protocol prepared as a result of a periodic inspection determines: - technical condition of building structure elements covered by the inspection, - the level of deterioration or damage to the elements, - the scope of necessary repair works and the order of their performance, - methods and means of utilization for those elements of building exposed to detrimental environments (atmospheric and others), - the scope of unperformed repair works that have been suggested for realization in previous periodic inspection protocols. Our price offer is individually prepared. It is dependent on the scope of the services, amount of elements requiring control, surface area or cubic volume of the building, localization of the property, amount of buildings assigned to undergo inspection specified in one-off oreder. We invite our clients to establish an inspection calendar matched with individual needs of owners or managers and taking into consideration legal requirements for performing such inspections. We work for the best and employ only highly qualified engineers who’s knowledge and experience will be at your disposal. Periodic inspections and post-inspection documents will be created with consideration of the applicable law.
