Meltingpot is an international forum before and during the larges multi-genre festival in the Czech republic, Colours of Ostrava. The forum is taking full advantage of the synergy with the country’s largest multi-genre event. The forum provides a new platform for an exchange of innovative ideas. Where are we going and what are we leaving behind? In politics, economics, science, design, and philosophy. The forum consists of six smaller and one large stage located within the festival area of Lower Vitkovice, National Heritage Site. Some things change and some things don’t.
