Readyventures is a boutique, early stage investment fund that seeks to identify and support promising young entrepreneurs to grow their companies in Singapore and the region by investing capital and leveraging the extensive regional business experience and contacts of the founders. Readyventures was founded by brothers Nick and Jon Cocks in 2016 after a 25-year career growing (and exiting in part) their Readymix construction materials business across Asia. Seeking to support others on their entrepreneurial journey rather than work at the coal-face themselves, Nick and Jon hope to build a portfolio of investments in the SGD50k to SGD2m range that offer the opportunity of working with great founders; and at the same time deliver excellent long-term returns.
